Annual Art Festival
This year I took my husband with me. He even bought something! He bought a training leash for our dog (even though the dog is 7). This leash is supposed to stop the dog from pulling when you walk them. Which is needed, because our dog literally walks ME when I take him on a walk. He is strong! The guy who makes them was so convincing that we actually went back home to get our dog to test it out to see if it actually works. And it did. SOLD!!! He immediately bought one seeing how it better controls him. One vendor who was next to him said " wow, you guys should have taken a video from when he first walked in to now with the leash. Lol. So it was a noticeable difference.
The art ranges from clothing, jewelry, objects, paintings, soaps, etc. You name it it's there. The creativity that these people have is amazing!. One lady made serving trays out of old bottles. It was amazing. No idea how she did it. There was children's art to the Cleveland skyline being made out of old scrap metal that would normally be thrown away. It's really fascinating.
The Art festival is a great place to go to look for home decor pieces. You honestly may find some very unique paintings and decor. One lady made aromatherapy soaps and oils. It was so beautifully packaged that it would look great in a bathroom. There were some beautiful paintings that would bring pops of color and even make statement pieces for dining/living room.
Even if you aren't looking to decorate, its a great place to go for live music. People bring their dogs to walk around and the live music is nice if you decide to sit down and eat. We had a great time nevertheless.
