My Favorite Home Decor Stores

TGIF! Going shopping this weekend? Stop by some of my favorite stores and pick up some goodies. Where do I like to shop for pieces? Well I go to a lot of different places. But here are my top 5 absolute favorite where I'm guaranteed to find something. Plus some cute items I found on my latest shopping trip!

1. Crate and Barrel/ CB2

I put these two together because they are the same company but two different stores. These two stores are the holy grail for home decor. I would say that CB2 has a more eclectic modern style while Crate and Barrel is a more contemporary modern. I go to these stores for everything! If a have a particular item I'm looking for, here is the first place I check. The products are such high quality at affordable prices. They have a huge selection of dishware for every style and occasion. Crate and Barrel is also my number one place I get plants, succulents, flowers, etc. I prefer live, but if I need a faux plant Crate and Barrel is the place to go. Their plants and plant stems are so life like. It is very hard to tell they are faux.

2. Target

Target comes a very close 2nd to Crate and Barrel. I mean it's Target. What don't they have? An adult playground. Their home section has some amazing finds. The great thing about Target is they partner with other brands and create beautiful pieces at reasonable costs. The quality of their items is unreal for the price.I am big on quality products. I feel if you don't buy quality items, you're wasting you're money. Quality doesn't always have to be expensive. It's about the materials and craftsmanship. Here are some great items i saw at Target.
These white vases are beautiful. I also found this pink flower stem that looks gorgeous placed inside. The white and wood tray below it is gorge too!

These glass and brass lamps are so modern. With the right lampshade this lamp will look so high end. I love brass and marble. This tray and magnifying glass would look great on a coffee table.

3. Tuesday Morning

You can find some serious gems in this store. Tuesday Morning is a hidden gem itself that not many people know about. I always find unique items here. The console table I have in my living room is from Tuesday Morning. I recently saw these Lemon food storage Canisters. These are so cute for summer and will add a nice pop of color to my kitchen. The best part, it was only $20 for all three. Such a good deal.

I also picked up these bunny plates and pink dishes. I'm big on holidays and like to decorate the house. So these would be perfect for Easter. If you have never shopped at Tuesday Morning, get there now! You will find some great things.

4. West Elm

West Elm is great for accessories and even furniture. I purchased my bar cart (check my IG for photos of it), my couch pillows, and several other accessories from here. West Elm has beautiful items to give you that finishing touch your looking for. It is more on the high end (still affordable), however you can get great deals when they have sales. Which is often.

5. World Market

If I'm looking for furniture, accessories, dishes, etc. I head here.I purchased these chairs from World Market for my kitchen. I loved them as soon as I saw them, They have a modern rustic look and adds definition and contrast to my kitchen. These chairs help balance out the modernness of my kitchen appliances and decor. I caught them on sale. They were sold as a set of two on sale for $150. I'm all about a good sale. I have my eye on a wooden decorative ladder I saw online for my bathroom.

The thing I say about decorating is don't over extend your budget. You don't have to break the bank to have a beautiful home. Invest in quality items that can stand the test of time. Quality is key. There are many places that have expensive items but the quality is low. These stores offer quality pieces at reasonable costs. No matter what your budget, you can find something.

HAPPY SHOPPING!
